Kontakt z przewodnikiem
Wiadomość e-mail do przewodnika ma w kopii adres info@lapalma.pl – widzisz go przed wysłaniem i możesz usunąć.
Autorka dostaje wtedy zwykły e-mail z Twoim adresem i używa go tylko do poprawienia przewodnika i ewentualnej odpowiedzi.
Linki do innych aplikacji
Przycisk „Nawiguj” otwiera Mapy Google, a linki w tekście otwierają strony w przeglądarce.
W każdej sprawie napisz: info@lapalma.pl
Dzieci

Enlaces a otras apps
Menores

ENGLISH
La Palma – app privacy policy
Effective: 2 November 2026
The La Palma app (a travel guide to the island of La Palma) is made by Kinga Korska, who is also the controller of the data described below. Contact: info@lapalma.pl
In short
The app has no accounts, no ads and no tracking tools, and it does not ask for access to your location, contacts, photos or camera. The whole guide, its photos and its maps are stored on your phone and work offline. The only thing the app sends by itself is an anonymous count of taps on the buttons for contacting local guides (described below).
Contacting a guide
When you tap a guide’s WhatsApp or e-mail button, the app sends a Google Form (Google Forms) the guide’s name, which button was tapped, and a random code for this installation, created once and stored on the phone. The code contains nothing about you or your phone; it only tells ten people apart from one person tapping ten times. The content of your conversation is never sent or stored. Purpose: knowing how many readers contact the guides. Google processes this data on the author’s behalf; like any server, it sees the phone’s IP address when the request arrives. The data is kept as long as it is needed for this count.
The conversation itself happens in WhatsApp or your e-mail app, under their own privacy policies. The e-mail to a guide copies info@lapalma.pl; you see that address before sending and can remove it.
Reporting a mistake
The report button opens your e-mail app with a prepared message: the entry it is about, the content version, the language and whatever you write. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself. The author then receives an ordinary e-mail with your address and uses it only to fix the guide and, if needed, to reply.
Links to other apps
The navigate button opens Google Maps, and links in the text open web pages in your browser. From that point the privacy policies of those services apply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and you can complain to a supervisory authority. Because the installation code is not linked to you, it cannot be looked up by name; uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it from the phone. For any request, write to info@lapalma.pl
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If the app starts collecting any other data, this policy will be updated before that version is released, with a new effective date.
